What?

The 13th Colchester Winter Ale Festival – bringing over 100 real ales to Colchester Arts Centre for your delight and delectation. Oh, and real cider too. And English Wine from Mersea Island.

A few changes to highlight: for the first time our Winter festival will feature ales from across the country rather than just East Anglia. Not that we’ll be neglecting our local brewers either.

And for the first time we will be offering a choice of third, half or pint measures.

There’ll be a return of cask-versus-keykeg, the welcome pastry-based sustenance of the the Cheese and Pie Man’s wares, and maybe some Morris dancing.
